  Pathetic customer service...very rude..unprofessional...one attendant was making coffee for a customer, and on my turn, when I made an order for two coffees, she said coffee machines are closed...absolutely ridiculous...three months ago, i ordered an anniversary cake over the counter, one attendant wrote it over a piece of paper..when I asked, she said that's how they note down the order..and, next morning when it was due to be picked-up, I went there just to be told that they don't have any order recorded with them..and the store manager was equally rude, unhelpful and unapologetic about their staff's behavior...not sure about other outlets, but at Cockburn gateaway, they are the worst people to deal with..

  Poor customer service. No interaction and too busy talking to her friend to care about my order. Not asked if wanted marshmallows in hot chocolate and soon hot burnt my mouth. Not a care in the world. Never again
